Dinner in the Dahlias: A Fall Event

Friends & Fellow Dahlia Lovers,

I am absolutely thrilled to invite you to Endress Acres for a magical evening you won’t soon forget—our second annual “Dinner in the Dahlias.”

This season, we are thrilled to offer two dates: Saturday, September 19th and Thursday, September 24th both starting at 6:00PM. 

On each date, we’ll gather among 1,000 blooming dahlias and a wide variety of companion flowers nestled between two fields for a four-course, harvest-inspired dinner crafted by the incredible Chef Deb of The Silver Shamrocks.

Your evening will begin with a warm welcome and a signature cocktail, accompanied by bread, nuts, and olives. From there, you’ll receive your very own mason jar and garden snips before being set free (with a bit of guidance!) to wander through the dahlia and annual fields clipping blooms to take home.

Dinner will include:

• A fresh, seasonal salad

• Your choice of a thoughtfully prepared main course

• A sweet little dessert to end the night on a perfect note

This evening is more than a dinner—it’s a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and share in the beauty of community, food, and flowers. We’ve poured our hearts into these dahlias this season, and I can’t wait to welcome you into the fields to experience them with us.
